This elaborate beachside home takes full advantage of the entire sloping block taking in the vast ocean views. The home was uniquely designed for our tropical climate with a greensmart objective.

It has an open plan design with a louvered breezeway separating the living area from the bedroom end of the house. The top deck provides the perfect entertaining area taking in the impacting views. The lower deck still encompasses the amazing views and flows out onto the pool area. It was built for the active family in mind with a two bay shed cleverly positioned in the front corner providing privacy but not obstructing the views from the house.
